Islington Estate, Historic Home Build

“We were extremely privileged to be part of this build and I am proud of our accomplishments as a team.”

We were extremely privileged to be a part of this build and I am so proud of our accomplishments as a team. I cannot stress this enough, without my amazing crew, there was no way we could have created this.

This Mosgiel homestead, known as Islington was built in 1912 and was under complete renovation. We built a 135m2 open plan conservatory-style extension, complete with exposed rafters, intricate cornices, Victorian style panelling and a 5.5m atrium ceiling.

The patience, attention to detail and skill level needed to produce something truly exceptional is where we shine.

It was important to our clients that this extension appeared like it was added around 1930, not 2020. It was a complex and challenging job, and we loved every minute of it.
